How to MOVE a Loyal Customer to another Distributor to help you BOTH!!
NEED TO MOVE A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR SO YOU GET YOUR FAST START BONUS AND/OR THEY GET THE VOLUME NEEDED FOR YOU TO PROMOTE?
If you don't know why you would do this...YOU DON'T NEED TO! If you are working this business and trying to promote, you are getting special attention from me and your sponsors and we are helping you! Want to know more and make great strategic moves for your business? Go get 4 loyal customers and 3 distributors and then contact your sponsor to let him or her know you're ready to get the next step. We'll then get you trained on charting! But for those who are there...HERE ARE THE HOW TO DO IT INSTRUCTIONS:
PLACEMENT CHANGE ON A LOYAL CUSTOMER (LC). IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE WHY'S AND WHENS to move an LC....TALK TO YOUR SPONSOR!!!! Everyone needs to get 4 LCs in their own box BEFORE doing this next step of strategy. But if you are trying to promote, COMMUNICATE UPLINE AND DOWNLINE and WORK TOGETHER on the strategy. Still confused...GET TO THE NEXT CHART TRAINING CLASS!!!! So...here you go:
You have 24 hours to move DTs and LCs. The following instructions is for Loyal Customers (LC):
Log into your eSuite. Click on the icon of the one you want to move. The box on the right will pop up with their information. If you are under 24 hours of their enrollment, their placement name in the box will show up in LIME GREEN. Click on their green name. Then the change placement name will show up which currently is you. Erase it and either type in the name or # of the distributor where you want to move her to. Click OK. It will automatically move them. Then go to your tree view and VERIFY that it happened. You'll see their icon moved up under the DT you gave them to. When your DT has DTs or LCs, there will be a little arrow next to their name. Click on it to see it has been changed. It's easy and an awesome tool.
Now for future...have your chart in front of you and looking at it BEFORE you put someone in the computer. Know where they're going and when you enroll them, place them directly with the DT you want them with. FOR LCs ONLY...the computer will not show you as the enroller of that customer but you will get credit and so will your team. Keep the paperwork on them. You can still do the personal touch customer service with your customers and they don't know or care where you placed them on your chart.
