Our Training is Under Construction, but for now....

The BEST thing I can tell you right now is that we are happy you've decided to take the step to join the It Works family and our team.  We are excited for you.

Before you do anything else, it would be a great idea for you to go straight to your new "office" which is called "eSuite" (or you might like to call it your back office or work station).

In your eSuite, you should click on Documents.  In the dialogue box, type in the word: Training.
You should download and print off the Training Academy Document.

Then, click the It Works icon in the top left hand corner, to take you back to the home page.  There is a first step tutorial at the bottom right and is a good place to go find out how to edit your replicated website where you will send your customers.  

Now, you're ready to watch your training videos.  The whole training will take approximately 1 1/2 hours but  is made up of shorter segments.  So if time is an issue, do what you can but complete it as soon as possible.  Your document you printed will be your tool to use as you follow along.

After you've completed this step, let your sponsor know.

You'll want to get your Grand Opening, or "Launch" scheduled within your first 7-10 days if possible so you can get open for business.  Everyone wants what you have to offer and so you need to let them know as soon as possible that they can get it from you, or they'll find someone else!

Have fun!  Get your training!  Plug into your upline!  Be a student!  Be teachable!  Learn!  Teach!  Teach to teach!  Don't compare yourself to others!  Don't sell yourself short!  DREAM BIG!  Set goals!  Right them down!  Tell someone!  And BELIEVE YOU CAN DO IT....and you WILL!!!!

How to MOVE a Loyal Customer to another Distributor to help you BOTH!!

NEED TO MOVE A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR SO YOU GET YOUR FAST START BONUS AND/OR THEY GET THE VOLUME NEEDED FOR YOU TO PROMOTE?

If you don't know why you would do this...YOU DON'T NEED TO!  If you are working this business and trying to promote, you are getting special attention from me and your sponsors and we are helping you!  Want to know more and make great strategic moves for your business?  Go get 4 loyal customers and 3 distributors and then contact your sponsor to let him or her know you're ready to get the next step.  We'll then get you trained on charting!  But for those who are there...HERE ARE THE HOW TO DO IT INSTRUCTIONS:

PLACEMENT CHANGE ON A LOYAL CUSTOMER (LC).   IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE WHY'S AND WHENS to move an LC....TALK TO YOUR SPONSOR!!!!  Everyone needs to get 4 LCs in their own box BEFORE doing this next step of strategy.  But if you are trying to promote, COMMUNICATE UPLINE AND DOWNLINE and WORK TOGETHER on the strategy.  Still confused...GET TO THE NEXT CHART TRAINING CLASS!!!!   So...here you go:

You have 24 hours to move DTs and LCs.  The following instructions is for Loyal Customers (LC):

Log into your eSuite.  Click on the icon of the one you want to move.  The box on the right will pop up with their information.   If you are under 24 hours of their enrollment,  their placement name in the box will show up in LIME GREEN.  Click on their green name.  Then the change placement name will show up  which currently is you.  Erase it and either type in the name or # of the distributor where you want to move her to.  Click OK.   It will automatically move them.  Then go to your tree view and VERIFY that it happened.  You'll see their icon moved up under the DT you gave them to.  When your DT has DTs or LCs, there will be a little arrow next to their name.  Click on it to see it has been changed.  It's easy and an awesome tool.

Now for future...have your chart in front of you and looking at it BEFORE you put someone in the computer.  Know where they're going and when you enroll them, place them directly with the DT you want them with.  FOR LCs ONLY...the computer will not show you as the enroller of that customer but you will get credit and so will your team.  Keep the paperwork on them.  You can still do the personal touch customer service with your customers and they don't know or care where you placed them on your chart.

New Training Academy...awesome & a MUST!!

I just went through the whole training academy. It's awesome!!! Log into your eSuite and spend whatever time you have. Pick back up where you left off. Our It Works Global leaders did a phenomenal job of providing superior training for us all. I love the way Pam shows how to set up and do a wrap party. I also love the transparency of our leaders, Mark & Cindy Pentecost in sharing their first goals and experiences with parties. They're not asking us to do & experience anything they haven't done themselves. What is one or two things you liked most about the training? (must watch before answering, obviously...would love feedback here!!)

NEW DISTRIBUTOR TRAINING AND TIPS

First Things FIRST:
Log into your eSuite (workstation or "back office")

1. Click TRAINING!  Watch the videos, they're short.  Click the bottom link and and watch the short "how to" videos.  You'll learn how to put your picture on your website, edit your "My Story", enroll distributors and loyal customers, etc.
2. Go to the team resource page:  LivingTheDreamTeam.net   User: Dream  Password: Achieved  Click on everything.  Watch the videos, etc.
3. TEXT YOUR ENROLLER AND TELL THAT PERSON YOU JUST COMPLETED THE PREVIOUS 3 STEPS.  You'll get your next assignment from your enroller.
4. Download the New Distributor packet (will be posted as a document on the Skinny Diamonds & Beyond Facebook page) and start working on your "Steps to Success."  If you need it emailed to you, just ask.
5. Make sure you try the Body Wraps & other products as soon as possible.  Tell everyone your story or tell someone else's story until you have one.  Just don't post "inch loss" on social networks as the FDA will not be happy.  Afterall, "cosmetics" don't heal or cause inch loss!  RIGHT!!!!!!!   Be creative.  Say it....Just don't write it.  The wraps are designed to tighten, tone and firm up your skin in 45 minutes!

If you do the above fast...in your first 30 days, you'll receive many $$$bonuses, commissions, etc.  Click, download, watch, read, learn and PLUG IN to trainings & events.  Private message, text, call, talk to people face to face and do random facebook posts.  You'll be surprised how easy this is without trying to sell anything.  Just tell people.  The product sells itself.
